it acquired two units of Carpenter Technology Corporation -- Carpenter
Advanced Ceramics and Certech – for $145 million. They have become part of Morgan's Advanced

sourced, structured and negotiated the sale of assets to 2020

Crimson Group, a company providing audio visual systems integration. We
sourced, structured and negotiated the sale of assets to York Telecom,
