business to ATW Companies, Warwick, RI.
December 2008: SHG assisted HAPPY Software, Inc. in the sale of certain software assets to
Productive Computing.
March 2008: SHG assisted Morgan
Crucible Company, plc Windsor, UK, in the execution of its acquisition strategy as
it acquired two units of Carpenter Technology Corporation -- Carpenter
Advanced Ceramics and Certech – for $145 million. They have become part of Morgan's Advanced
Technical Ceramics division.
