Schwartz Heslin Group, Inc. is proud to announce that it has provided financial advisory services for iSimulate Pty. Ltd. (iSimulate) in its recent sale to 3B Scientific, a portfolio company of J.H. Whitney Capital Partners, LLC in January of this year.
iSimulate, a global software company with offices in the US and UK, was founded by Peter McKie and Anthony Lewis in 2011 with the mission of providing effective, reliable and realistic simulation tools. Led in the US by shareholder Bobby Syed, President of the Americas, iSimulate has revolutionized healthcare simulation training throughout the world.
Peter McKie, Anthony Lewis and Bobby Syed will remain active in the company and continue to drive the business plan for iSimulate in active collaboration with the experts from 3B Scientific and Cardionics.
