SHG has sourced McDanel Advanced Ceramic Technologies as an acquisition for Artemis - identifying McDanel as a match for Artemis' acquisition criteria and priorities, conducting outreach, introducing the two parties, and facilitating discussions leading to a September 30, 2022 closing.

McDanel represents the latest acquisition with Artemis' Advanced Materials practice.
