  • Lead a groundbreaking product and business development strategy for an e-signature healthcare product that, for the first time, earned the acceptance of the U.S. federal government and ushered in transformational new efficiencies in the home healthcare industry
  • Played an instrumental role as division president for a leading telehealth and workflow optimization organization in raising through a Private Investment in a Public Entity (PIPE), more than $70 million for advancing a strategic business plan and corresponding strategic alliance with the U.S. Postal Service and its electronic postmark (EPM) initiative
  • Served as a senior consultant with Ernst & Young, during which time he provided strategic analysis and merger advisory services to hospitals and other healthcare providers at a time of major government-led restructuring in the New York State healthcare industry.

Over the 6 years prior to joining SHG, Jeff grew and positioned his two most recent acquisitions for sale; first selling a national document management software company to the fifth largest enterprise resource planning (ERP) software company in the world, then selling a regional managed IT service provider following a two-year growth-focused restructuring that resulted in top-line revenue growth of 30%.

 

“I’ve always been one step ahead of myself in terms of my next venture,” Jeff says. “I can see the path ahead, I set annual goals and objectives, and I formulate a plan to help me get there. I can help others do the same.”

 

SHG reached out to Jeff immediately after learning he once again had a little time on his hands. Jeff says he didn’t think twice about joining the team. He had first met SHG Founder and Chairman Bob Schwartz two decades ago when Bob proved “instrumental” in propelling Jeff’s then-employer to new levels of growth, and he had worked with the firm numerous times in the years since. He says he considers Bob, Managing Partner Cory Martin and Managing Partner Rai Archibold “good friends and peers.”
