A Foundation in Institutional Finance
Eric’s perspective is informed by his experience at the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System (NYSTRS), one of the largest public pension funds in the nation. While there, his focus on Public Fixed Income and Private Credit allowed him to develop a keen eye for the underlying mechanics of debt and capital markets—knowledge that is critical for our clients navigating complex deal structures.
Before joining SHG, Eric also operated within the world of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private wealth management. This experience sharpened his ability to view business assets not just as line items on a balance sheet, but as core components of a broader, long-term wealth strategy.
Global Perspective, Local Impact
In addition to his institutional background, Eric has served as an independent advisor to multinational corporations across both the United States and Europe. This international consulting experience provides him with a unique vantage point on how global market trends impact local company valuations.
Eric’s academic credentials further reinforce his technical expertise. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College and holds a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University.
